Applicants will be considered for current and future positions as business needs evolve.

About the Role

The Senior Partner Business Manager is responsible for driving business growth with strategic partners within Hyland's global partner ecosystem. This position focuses on developing and executing partner business plans, enabling partner success, driving revenue growth, and aligning go-to-market strategies to achieve shared business objectives.

This is a role for someone who thrives on building trusted partnerships, operating with a high degree of autonomy, and delivering measurable outcomes β€” bringing strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration instincts, and a passion for partner-led growth.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

  • Serve as the primary business point of contact for assigned partners β€” including global systems integrators, regional resellers, ISVs, and cloud providers β€” acting as the internal advocate for partners to ensure mutual success and alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and customer adoption β€” tracking and reporting on key performance metrics including bookings, pipeline contribution, and partner-led opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute partner go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and events β€” driving enablement to ensure partner sales and technical teams are equipped to position and sell Hyland's SaaS solutions.
  • Support joint account planning, co-selling engagements, and deal execution across field and inside sales teams β€” providing feedback on partner needs, competitive insights, and market trends to influence strategy and product roadmap.
  • Manage partner performance through data-driven insights, QBRs, and continuous business reviews β€” applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and optimize partner outcomes.
  • Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members β€” contributing to the overall growth and quality of the partner organization through knowledge sharing, leadership, and best practice development.

Role Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with demonstrated experience in channel sales or partner business management at a SaaS company.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills β€” demonstrating a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills β€” with strong facilitation and project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, sound judgment, and business acumen β€” with a demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners, and the ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others.
  • Strong data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills β€” with the ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation of new ideas and design solutions, with up to 50% travel time required.

What We'd Like to See

  • Strong ability to develop and use engaging, informative, and compelling presentation methodologies to support partner communications, QBRs, and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills β€” able to maintain solid rapport with team members and professionalism with those outside of the department, including strategic partner organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight β€” bringing a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach to wide-ranging partner responsibilities.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to team members β€” contributing to the capability building and professional development of peers and colleagues.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills β€” with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, leveraging strong business operations knowledge to drive partner success.
