Senior Partnership Manager About Us Xenith is a B2B payment infrastructure provider focused on enabling seamless cross-border commerce. With an MSB license in Canada and PJP III license in Indonesia, we offer global merchants a one-point solution to manage multi-currency payments - with a strong focus on alternative payment methods in emerging markets. With our deep regional expertise and strong partnerships with top local gateways, we simplify the complexity of fragmented payment landscapes, helping global merchants expand faster and more efficiently As we continue to expand globally, we're building the next generation of our commercial organisation. We're looking for people who enjoy solving complex problems, building meaningful partnerships and creating scalable foundations for long-term growth. Partnerships at Xenith is more than signing agreements. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, sourcing and integrating the local payment providers that power our global gateway - all while remaining hands-on from first conversation through to live integration. As the business expands, you'll have the opportunity to take on broader responsibilities and help shape the future development of the Partnerships function. At Xenith, we believe great businesses are built by empowered people. We foster a culture of ownership, curiosity and collaboration, where individuals are trusted to make an impact, challenge ideas and help shape the way we grow. Join us as we build the financial infrastructure of tomorrow. What we're looking for We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Partnership Manager to expand Xenith's network of local payment providers and strengthen the coverage of our global payment gateway. You'll work closely with the General Manager to identify priority markets, build relationships with local acquirers, PSPs and alternative payment method (APM) providers, and contribute to how we continue to expand our payment infrastructure footprint. We expect this role to contribute through market insight, provider relationships and practical commercial and technical thinking. We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, enjoys solving problems independently and is motivated by building long-term value. This role is ideal for an experienced Partnerships professional who enjoys working in a growing business, combining hands-on execution with the opportunity to help improve how the partnerships function operates as the company scales. What you’ll do Drive partnership growth Identify, qualify and develop new payment provider partnerships through proactive outreach and market research. Own the complete lifecycle of provider partnerships - from sourcing and qualification through commercial negotiations, contracting, technical integration and go-live. Build trusted long-term relationships with local acquirers, PSPs and APM providers, and remain their primary commercial point of contact. Build the partnerships foundation Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified provider opportunities through disciplined CRM management, accurate forecasting and structured reporting on coverage and integration status. Establish scalable ways of working by contributing to partnership playbooks, commercial term templates, technical integration checklists and best practices. Support onboarding, documentation and knowledge sharing as the partnerships team expands. Contribute to continuous improvement Work closely with the General Manager to continuously improve how Xenith prioritizes markets and providers. Bring merchant demand signals, market feedback and commercial ideas that help improve which payment methods and providers we add next. Validate new opportunities, share ideas, challenge assumptions constructively and contribute practical recommendations based on commercial and technical experience. Collaborate across the business Document a clear SOP and work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Business Development teams to ensure successful provider integration and launch. Help align coverage priorities across teams as provider and market decisions get made. What you should have 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development or commercial roles within payments, fintech, banking or financial infrastructure. Proven experience sourcing, negotiating and closing partnerships. Good understanding of payment ecosystems, including APMs and payment routing. Experience managing complex B2B partnership cycles, from sourcing and commercial negotiation through legal review, technical integration and launch. Working knowledge of payment integration concepts - APIs, certification/testing processes, settlement reconciliation. Ability to identify new partnership opportunities, build trusted provider relationships and drive coverage growth across multiple markets. Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. High level of ownership with the ability to work independently, contribute ideas and help improve the way the partnerships function operates. Comfortable working in a growing business where processes continue to evolve and where you'll help build structure alongside day-to-day execution. Bonus Points Existing network of local PSPs within our priority markets. Experience with regional APMs. Experience working in a fast-growing fintech or payments company. Familiarity with compliance, regulatory and technical considerations involved in onboarding payment providers in a regulated environment. What we offer Competitive compensation with a performance-based incentive plan that rewards partnership and coverage growth. Flexible Benefits Programme following successful completion of probation, allowing you to choose benefits that best suit your needs. Direct access to leadership with the opportunity to work closely with the General Manager and contribute to key partnership decisions. High levels of ownership and autonomy, with the freedom to take initiative and make an impact across markets. The opportunity to build, improve and scale a partnerships function rather than simply operate within an established one. Clear career progression, with the opportunity to grow into a Lead of Partnerships role as the team expands regionally. A collaborative international environment, working alongside experienced professionals. Modern office environment designed to support collaboration and productivity.
