Sales · Reports to Head of Partnerships · Remote (Europe, outside the Netherlands, working hours within 2 hours of Central European time)

You'll own some of C Teleport's most important partner relationships and be the person who catches a risk or spots a growth opportunity before anyone has to ask. If you can build trust with a partner's board and read a booking-data trend in the same week, keep reading.

Why this role exists

Our white-label partners succeed or stall based on how well we understand their business and act on it. Right now that understanding lives in scattered conversations. We need someone who owns the relationship end to end — reads the partner's business closely enough to catch a risk before it escalates or an opportunity before it's obvious, and turns that into action, not a status update.

About C Teleport

C Teleport is built for teams in fast-moving industries like aviation, energy, and maritime. We make managing travel simple and flexible — every trip change or cancellation happens instantly and automatically, no manual steps. Founded in 2017, headquartered in the Netherlands, with close to 100 people from 40 nationalities working from locations around the world.

What you'll own

  • A portfolio of partners, across every stakeholder level. Build trust from day-to-day contacts up to the partner's board.

  • Each partner's business, deeply. Their customers, priorities, and growth plans — connected to what C Teleport can actually offer.

  • The relationship, end to end. You're the partner's main point of contact and their advocate inside C Teleport, bringing the right internal teams together instead of leaving them to find their own way in.

  • Getting ahead of problems. Catch a risk to the relationship before it's obvious — and act on it, not just flag it.

  • Growth within your partnerships. Grow bookings and revenue with the partners you own: spot where they could use more of what C Teleport offers, including cross-selling, and turn it into a concrete proposal.

  • Renewals and negotiations. Support commercial negotiations and renewals, balancing the partner's needs with ours.

  • Partner business reviews, grounded in real data. Bookings, revenue, adoption — not a status readout.

  • Turning partner feedback into something we can act on. Tell a one-off ask apart from a pattern worth solving structurally, and represent it honestly to internal teams — not just relayed word for word.

What success looks like

  • By month 3: you know your partners' businesses and internal stakeholders well enough to run a business review on your own.

  • By month 6: you've caught a risk before it became a problem, or an expansion or cross-selling opportunity before anyone else saw it, and driven it to an outcome.

  • By month 12: bookings and revenue in your partnerships have grown, and something about how C Teleport runs partnerships — a process, a playbook, a way of tracking health — is better because you built it, and it's now how the team works.

Required

  1. You've owned a commercial relationship with a partner or key account end to end — not supported one — including the hard conversations.

  2. You decide on partner situations that don't have a playbook yet. You can point to a real example of making the call under ambiguity and explaining your reasoning well enough that people acted on it without you chasing them.

  3. You translate between two sides that don't naturally understand each other. Describe a time you turned a partner's raw feedback into something internal teams could actually act on.

  4. You're commercially minded, not a hard seller. Describe how you grew an existing account, through expansion or cross-selling, and a renewal or commercial conversation where you balanced the partner's interest against your own company's.

  5. You've built or improved how a team works — a process, tool, or playbook that became the standard, not a one-off fix.

  6. Real travel industry background — ideally an OTA, travel agency, or airline — and comfortable enough with GDS/Amadeus to hold a technical conversation about it with an enterprise client.

  7. Based in Europe, outside the Netherlands, with working hours within 2 hours of Central European time, for real-time overlap with partners. We can only consider applicants who live in a European country other than the Netherlands.

Nice to have (bonus, genuinely not required)

  • Experience with white-label or platform partnerships specifically, rather than direct B2B sales.

  • A customer success or support background — more commercial instinct than technical depth.

This is not…

  • …an entry-level seat. The accounts here are too high-stakes for someone stepping into partnership management for the first time.

  • …reactive account management. You're expected to get ahead of a partner's needs, not just respond to renewals as they come up.

  • …a people-management role. No direct reports — your influence comes from how well you run the relationships you own.

What you get

  • €4,000–4,500/month, contractor setup. Our HR team will walk you through exactly how the engagement works during the screening call.

  • Ownership of some of C Teleport's most strategically important relationships.

  • An international team — Netherlands HQ, 40 nationalities, colleagues working from locations around the world.

Hiring process

  1. Screening call with our HR team.

  2. Interview with the hiring manager (Head of Partnerships).

  3. Final conversation with our VP of Sales.

Pre-engagement screening

If your application is successful, we may conduct a pre-engagement screening through a trusted third party, in line with applicable laws. This may include employment history, education, and other relevant publicly available information to help us understand your suitability for the role.

Equal opportunity and privacy

C Teleport is an equal-opportunity employer. We assess every application on merit and handle your data in line with GDPR.
