Responsibilities: Identify & approach brands, hotels, F&B establishments, luxury lifestyle businesses, financial institutions, automotive brands, and other relevant partners that share the same affinity and target market with Luxehouze & Archivve. Execute strategic partnership initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Luxehouze & Archivve Lead end-to-end partnership execution, from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation, implementation, and post-campaign evaluation. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations and high partner satisfaction. Collaborate closely with any other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. Requirement & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in Partnerships or Strategic Alliances. Strong network within luxury, fashion, hospitality, automotive, finance, technology, or lifestyle industries. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Proven experience managing brand collaborations, events, sponsorships, or integrated marketing campaigns. Passion for luxury watches, handbags, fashion, and premium lifestyle brands is highly preferred. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. Willing to travel for out-of-town partnership activations if required.
