About the role As Senior Partnerships Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of strategic partner relationships while supporting the continued growth of BRE's global partnership network. You'll work closely with partners, internal stakeholders, business development teams and senior leaders to ensure partnerships deliver value for all parties. From onboarding new partners and supporting contractual relationships through to identifying growth opportunities and analysing performance, you'll play an important role in helping BRE expand its influence and impact internationally. This is a varied and highly collaborative role that combines account management, commercial awareness, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking. Key responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with BRE's existing partners and key industry stakeholders. Support the onboarding and ongoing development of Partnership Account Managers. Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration and drive additional value from existing partnerships. Work with business development teams to identify, assess and implement new partnership opportunities. Analyse partnership performance, risks and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Monitor partner compliance with contractual obligations, standards and agreed processes. Support the preparation and review of partnership agreements alongside internal legal teams. Represent BRE at industry events, forums and meetings in the UK and internationally. Respond to partner enquiries and act as a trusted point of contact. Produce reports and performance analysis to support effective decision-making and business growth. Build strong internal relationships to ensure partnership activities are aligned across the wider business. What we're looking for We're looking for an experienced account management or partnerships professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, influencing stakeholders and delivering commercial value. You'll bring: A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in partnership management, account management, business development or a closely related field. Proven experience managing customer, partner or stakeholder relationships in a commercial environment. Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and business judgement. Experience working with contracts, commercial agreements and risk management. The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for developing successful partnerships. Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities for improvement. Strong Microsoft Office skills and general IT confidence. Experience or knowledge of the built environment, construction, sustainability or property sectors. Desirable Knowledge of BRE, BREEAM, SABRE or related certification and standards programmes. Experience working with international partners or markets. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford office, as you will be expected to attend in person (1-2 times per week). You will also be expected to travel both domestically and/or internationally on a semi regular basis for this position.
