How you'll make a difference

Following an internal promotion, we're looking for an experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to lead our Partnerships team, strengthen and grow our portfolio of corporate partners and business supporters, and help drive sustainable revenue growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen, loves building lasting relationships, and knows how to bring out the best in others. What you’ll do:
  • Shape and deliver partnership engagement plans that create meaningful value for KidsCan and our partners
  • Build and deepen long-term partner relationships, while identifying and securing new opportunities for growth
  • Lead partnership budgets, revenue targets and initiatives that drive sustainable growth
  • Oversee partnership activations, agreements and renewals, ensuring we deliver on our commitments
  • Lead, coach and develop two direct reports, building a collaborative, high-performing team
  • Work across the organisation to create engaging partner experiences and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working

What you'll bring

You'll be an experienced partnerships leader who knows how to build strong relationships, spot opportunities and turn great ideas into results.

We're looking for someone who brings:

Proven senior-level experience in partnerships, sponsorship, account management, marketing or a related field
  • Exceptional relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering revenue growth
  • Strategic thinking and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing others
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach
  • Flexibility and openness
