Team
Join our team of Relationship Managers and become part of an impactful and dynamic environment. Our team plays a central role at Raisin, responsible for fostering partnerships with our platforms’ partner banks.
As a Partnership Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving Raisin's growth across Europe and the UK. Your primary mission is to cultivate and oversee daily interactions with Raisin's partner banks, and to lead or support managing key accounts. Beyond that, you'll spearhead the launch of new products, integration of new banks into Raisin's and our B2B partners' marketplaces, and improving their technical integration with us to ensure scalability and the growth of the banks’ assets under management and ultimately the Raisin platform.
With our far-reaching impact and diverse stakeholders, we have a comprehensive view of platform-wide evolutions, and others depend on your ability to communicate these changes and their broader implications. We are ultimately accountable for owning and managing our partner banks, taking direct responsibility for the performance and reporting of those partners and bringing new savings products to the consumer market.
To excel in this role, you should be adept at managing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. We’re a high growth fintech business, so the ability to work on multiple relationships and ad-hoc projects concurrently is key.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will serve as a commercial lead and strategic advisor for our portfolio of partner banks in the UK and Europe. Moving beyond traditional relationship management, this role requires a consultative, balance-sheet-first mindset to help executive banking leadership solve liquidity, capital, and deposit-funding challenges using Raisin's platform technology.
- C-Suite Advisory & Partner Ownership: Act as the primary strategic contact for Treasury Heads, Chief Financial Officers, and C-suite banking executives, aligning Raisin's platform capabilities with their balance sheet, liquidity, and cost-of-funding objectives.
- Commercial Strategy & Portfolio Expansion: Proactively structure, negotiate, and execute commercial growth strategies to scale partner Assets Under Management (AUM) and launch new deposit product lines.
- Structured Problem-Solving & Execution: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams across internal cross-functional teams (Solutions Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to ensure seamless bank onboarding and technical integrations.
- Strategic Market Expansion: Drive priority commercial initiatives across the UK and EEA markets, identifying opportunities to launch adjacent financial products and expand strategic partner coverage.
What Success Looks Like:
- Executive Positioning: Establish yourself as a trusted commercial advisor to executive leadership across your assigned bank portfolio.
- AUM & Portfolio Growth: Deliver measurable deposit growth by optimizing bank partner pricing, funding targets, and market positioning.
- Flawless Program Execution: Successfully lead complex bank integration and product launch milestones on schedule.
Your Profile
- Education: Top-tier Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Professional Background: 3–6+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Investment Banking or Strategic Partnerships within a B2B Fintech/BaaS scale-up.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen: Strong command of bank balance sheets, deposit mechanics, regulatory frameworks, and commercial deal structuring.
- Structured Communication & Executive Presence: Exceptional capability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into structured executive presentations for bank leaders.
- Project & Stakeholder Ownership: Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-variable projects autonomously in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-Haves
- Direct experience with UK/EEA banking regulations (FCA, BaFin), liquidity coverage ratios (LCR), or BaaS/Open Banking infrastructure.
- Transaction, M&A, treasury, or advisory experience working directly with UK and European retail or commercial banks.
