Iron Mountain is seeking an analytical Senior Payroll Analyst (Fixed Term Contract) to join our Business Function team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence our operational landscape by executing critical historical reconciliations and consolidating multiple legal entities into a unified, in-house payroll operation. By bringing our French payroll capabilities under one roof, your expertise will help raise the standard of our HR infrastructure and build a seamlessly integrated foundation for our regional workforce. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Execute Payroll Integration: Support the transition of outsourced payroll operations into a centralised in-house team, ensuring end-to-end processes are fully documented for transparency and audit readiness. Collaborate for Transformation: Partner closely with Global Technology and HR teams to prepare for the transition to a global outsourced payroll engine while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Ensure Legislative Compliance: Provide deep subject matter expertise on French payroll legislation to resolve data discrepancies and guarantee alignment with local regulations. What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: Numerous years of experience in French payroll management within complex, matrix organisations. Strong knowledge of French payroll legislation and experience with payroll transformation or system integration projects. Proven ability in stakeholder management and navigating complex payroll data to identify and resolve risks. Fluency in French and English is required to support cross-functional teams across the EMEA region. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
