Coordinate basic expat travel logistics (e.g., flight/hotel booking for expats visiting Malaysia).
Handle basic day-to-day office administrative matters when needed.

Work closely with the HR Manager in Singapore and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies and maintain seamless HR operations.

- Communication: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to ensure seamless communication with regional stakeholders and the broader team.
- Work Arrangement: Willing to work onsite at Pavilion Damansara Heights initially, with flexibility for hybrid work after becoming familiar and hands-on with operations.
