We’re looking for a Senior Penetration Tester to join a highly technical cybersecurity team and work on challenging security assessments for international clients.

What You’ll Do

• Perform hands-on penetration testing across web applications, APIs, mobile applications, thick-client applications, networks, and systems
• Identify, validate, and exploit vulnerabilities to demonstrate real-world impact
• Perform manual security testing alongside automated testing
• Provide clear, actionable remediation recommendations
• Prepare high-quality penetration testing reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to security testing methodologies, tools, research, and R&D
• Work closely with international teams and clients on security engagements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven professional experience in penetration testing / offensive security
• Strong hands-on experience with web application and API security
• Good understanding of networking, operating systems, and security frameworks
• Strong knowledge of OWASP, PTES, and MITRE ATT&CK
• Experience with vulnerability exploitation and PoC development
• Scripting/programming skills such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• English B1+ for international collaboration
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, CREST CRT, or equivalent are highly valued

Nice to Have

• AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud security experience
• Source-code review
• Social engineering / red teaming
• Security research, custom tooling, or R&D experience
