Xfactor Talent is looking for an experienced Servity Developer to join our client’s team on a 3-month contract.
🔹 Role: Servity Developer
🔹 Contract: 3+ Months
🔹 Work Mode: 100% Remote 🌍
🔹 Experience: Experienced professionals with hands-on Servity/DCON experience
• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the Servity ITSM platform (DCON)
• Customize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request & Asset Management
• Develop workflows, business rules, forms, scripts, and integrations
• Integrate with procurement tools/vendor portals such as HP, Dell & Lenovo
• Support enhancements, bug fixes, UAT, testing, and platform optimization
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Provide operational support throughout the contract
✅ Proven Servity Developer / DCON Servity experience
✅ Strong ITSM background
✅ Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC, or Remedy
✅ Good understanding of ITIL processes
✅ Hands-on experience with configuration, scripting & integrations
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a contract role
Nice to Have:
⭐ ITIL Certification
⭐ European enterprise experience
⭐ German language skills
