About The Wilkinson Firm
HR has gone numbers-driven. Workforce dashboards, retention modeling, turnover analytics, and predictive headcount planning are no longer nice-to-have for our behavioral health and human services clients. They are expected. We need senior people analytics consultants who can turn workforce data into operating decisions.
Who we want
People analytics professionals with 5-15 years experience. Former Workday, ADP, Visier, or Greenhouse analytics teams. Boutique workforce consulting firms with a quantitative bent. Healthcare or behavioral health workforce analytics experience strongly preferred. Comfortable in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Working knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
What you would do
Workforce KPI dashboard design for client systems
Turnover and retention modeling against BH workforce benchmarks
Predictive headcount planning
Compensation and pay equity analytics
Clinical workforce ratio analysis (FTE to caseload, supervision spans, etc.)
Annual benchmark studies for client retainers
Engagement structure
$0 retained. $75-150/hr when engaged. Project alternative: $5-15K per workforce study. Annual benchmark retainer available for sticky engagements.
What you keep
Non-exclusive. Keep your other analytics consulting and data work.
