Job Description Summary:

Provides advanced operational support across Talent Acquisition with primary ownership for new-hire orientation and onboarding coordination, Talent Acquisition processes and workflows, recruiting support, stakeholder partnership, reporting and continuous improvement. Independently manages complex work, identifies and resolves issues, makes recommendations, and coordinates across multiple stakeholders to support an effective and consistent candidate and new-hire experience. Serves as a subject-matter resource for the broader Talent Acquisition team and acts as the primary facilitator for Day 1 orientation. Embodies the Memorial Health Values of Safety, Integrity, Quality, and Stewardship that support our mission and vision.

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
