The Role Your Role: As a PeopleSoft Administrator, you will manage, maintain, and safeguard enterprise PeopleSoft environments across development, testing, and production tiers. You will ensure high availability, optimal system performance, robust security, and operational stability across core business modules—including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. In this position, you will oversee environment maintenance, monitor system health, and deliver dependable infrastructure support for mission-critical business operations. What you will do: Manage PeopleSoft Environments: Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production tiers, including managing PeopleTools installations and updates. Ensure High Availability: Perform regular system health checks and proactive monitoring to maintain maximum system uptime and high availability in 24x7 production environments. Optimize Performance Tuning: Monitor and tune application, web, and database servers, optimizing online performance, batch processes, and database interactions while managing workload balancing. Administer Process Scheduler: Configure and manage the PeopleSoft Process Scheduler, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch jobs and workflows to ensure timely execution. Execute Upgrades and Patching: Plan and execute PeopleTools upgrades, application updates, patches, and bundles to keep the environments current and secure. Resolve Production Incidents: Troubleshoot complex system issues raised by users or internal teams, participating in outage calls, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution strategies. Support Disaster Recovery: Coordinate and support Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, ensuring the constant readiness and data sync of failover environments. Collaborate and Document: Work closely with DBAs, middleware, and infrastructure teams while building and maintaining operational procedures, technical documentation, and SOPs. Required Skills and Experience 7-10+ Years PeopleSoft Administration / ERP support. Strong experience in PeopleSoft Administration & PeopleTools. Hands-on experience with PeopleTools (Installation, Configuration, Patching), WebLogic / Tuxedo / Integration Broker, Process Scheduler and Batch Management. Experience with Oracle Database. OS experience: Linux / Unix / Windows. Familiarity with cloud (OCI / AWS) environments is an advantage. Experience supporting 24x7 production environments. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in global teams. Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Preferred Skills and Experience Master’s degree and relevant certification(s).
