Remote (Pakistan) | $30,000–$36,000

You’ve mastered the hands-on side of performance marketing.

You can get into Google or Meta, interrogate an account and quickly work out what’s happening. You don’t just know that CPA increased or ROAS dropped. You want to understand why, form a hypothesis, test it and turn what you learn into growth.

Now you want more ownership.

More influence. A bigger challenge. And the opportunity to help build something rather than simply inherit somebody else’s playbook.

Somerton Dwelling designs modern furniture for today’s homes, from bedrooms and dining rooms to living spaces and home offices. We’re growing our online presence, and we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to help lead it.

You’ll take ownership of $100k+ in monthly spend across Google and Meta, with investment expected to increase as the business scales.

But this isn’t about keeping the existing machine running.

You’ll have the freedom to question it.

There’s a strong product range, years of brand equity and plenty of data to learn from. There’s also real opportunity to improve account structure, tracking, Shopping and PMax, product feeds, creative testing and how data is used to make decisions.

One of your biggest challenges will be the nature of the category. Furniture is a considered, high-ticket purchase with long decision cycles and strong seasonality. You’ll be thinking beyond the last click, from first discovery through to purchase.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team, based in California, with a few hours of daily overlap with US Pacific Time. But we aren’t looking for someone who simply executes ideas.

We want a sparring partner.

Someone who brings their own perspective, challenges assumptions and can say, “This isn’t working. Here’s why I think that is, and here’s what we should test next.”

You’ll need to be genuinely hands-on and technically strong across both Google Ads and Meta, with experience managing six-figure monthly budgets in e-commerce, ideally for US audiences.

Furniture or home experience would be brilliant, but it isn’t essential. Home & garden, decor, DIY or another high-ticket, considered-purchase consumer category could be just as relevant.

And this role should get bigger.

As the business grows, you’ll have the chance to expand the channel mix, shape how paid media works alongside the wider e-commerce operation, and build the team around you.

So if you still love getting into the detail, but you’re ready for more ownership and the chance to shape the next stage of a growing furniture brand, we should talk.
