Senior Personnel Operations Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Personnel Operations Specialist who is passionate about building a productive and positive relationship with our workforce. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities Support and lead initiatives related to labor relations and employee engagement. Act as a point of contact between management and employees to address concerns and resolve conflicts. Ensure compliance with labor laws, union requirements, and internal policies. Participate in labor negotiations and assist with grievance handling. Analyze engagement data and recommend actions to improve workplace culture. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in labor relations or employee engagement. Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and regulatory requirements. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work independently and manage sensitive employee matters confidentially.
