Show job description

We are seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to provide dedicated recruitment support to the Radiology Department for an upcoming strategic initiative requiring focused physician recruitment efforts.

This individual will serve as the primary strategic recruiting partner to departmental and organizational leadership, managing complex and high-priority physician searches with a particular emphasis on identifying, engaging, and recruiting radiologists. The recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including developing targeted sourcing strategies, building candidate pipelines, engaging passive physician talent, advising hiring leaders, coordinating candidate selection, and supporting offer development and negotiation.

The recruiter will also serve as the primary point of contact for external recruitment agencies and search firms engaged to support the Radiology initiative. This includes coordinating agency activity and candidate submissions, facilitating communication and feedback, and ensuring external recruitment efforts remain aligned with the overall recruitment strategy and departmental hiring priorities.

This is a 6-month, full-time contract opportunity with the potential to extend based on performance, project requirements, and organizational need. Because of the specialized nature of this assignment, previous experience recruiting radiologists is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will be a self-directed, experienced physician recruiter who can quickly assume responsibility for active and anticipated searches, establish credibility with key stakeholders, effectively manage external recruitment partners, and build a sustainable pipeline of qualified radiologist candidates with limited ramp-up time.
