Senior PKI & Enterprise Cryptography Product Owner Division “Platform Security” is part of the Chief Information Security Office. The main responsibility of the team is to protect all Euroclear endpoints, servers, customer applications, cloud and so much more to provide Euroclear a maximum protected environment on our internal networks and towards all customer facing applications. The Platform Security department supports capabilities within the security domain and acts as an internal Security Governance team as well as full end-2-end security team on a set of security domain. Our department is responsible for Engineering and Operations on technologies like Enterprise Cryptography, Firewall management, Internet Proxy, WAF, Malware prevention and much more Network Security tooling and services. As a Senior PKI and Enterprise Cryptography Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and enterprise cryptography products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of secure and scalable cryptographic solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for PKI and enterprise cryptography solutions, aligning with business goals and market demands. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customers, to gather requirements and prioritize features. Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the cryptography and cybersecurity landscape. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in PKI, encryption algorithms, key management, and other cryptographic technologies. Compliance and Standards: Ensure products comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, such as FIPS, NIST, and GDPR. Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into product development. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with a focus on PKI and enterprise cryptography. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, PKI, encryption algorithms, key management, and related technologies. Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to challenges. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
