This role leads the planning and scheduling function across multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, contractual obligations, and client expectations. Key responsibilities: · Establish planning standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects · Deliver high ‑ level schedule and progress reports to senior management, clients, and stakeholders · Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and highlight opportunities for efficiency · Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure integration and milestone achievement · Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and corporate policies · Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Qualifications to be successful in the role: · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred · 10–12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with at least 3 years in a leadership role · Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced scheduling tools · Strong knowledge of critical path method (CPM), earned value management (EVM), and schedule risk analysis · Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and influence executive decisions · Strategic mindset with ability to balance detail and big ‑ picture objectives · Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences · Strong leadership, mentoring, and team ‑ building capabilities · Experience in large ‑ scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects Working Conditions: • Part-time, on-call • Travel when needed to different project sites Why Planate?
