Position Overview

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Administer and enhance WordPress and future Optimizely DXP platform capabilities.

· Design, build, and maintain APIs, middleware, and integrations supporting Zelis.com.

· Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release coordination.

· Partner with Infrastructure teams on Azure/AWS hosting, networking, CDN configuration, and environment management.

· Manage production environments, monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.

· Optimize platform performance, caching, scalability, and resiliency.

· Coordinate vendor upgrades, platform patches, and technical maintenance activities.

· Implement security best practices and remediate vulnerabilities identified through security testing.

· Support DNS, domain management, SSL certificates, and related platform services.

· Document platform architecture, operational procedures, and engineering standards.

· Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the 2027 Optimizely DXP migration.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical estimation, backlog refinement, and architecture reviews.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

· 6–10 years supporting enterprise websites, CMS platforms, or digital applications.

· Experience administering cloud-hosted web platforms and production environments.

· Strong experience with APIs, middleware, CI/CD, Git, and enterprise deployment processes.

· Experience working within Agile software delivery teams.

· Knowledge of security, performance tuning, and platform operations.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Optimizely CMS/DXP or similar enterprise platforms.

· Experience supporting website migrations or digital transformation initiatives.

· Experience with Azure, AWS, Cloudflare, Akamai, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

· Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and enterprise web architecture.

· Healthcare or enterprise SaaS experience.
