The Senior PMO Specialist is responsible for the health, maturity and effectiveness of the FABER Project Management Organization. You will own and continuously improve our project management framework, governance standards, methodologies, templates, tools and ways of working. Working closely with Project Managers, senior business stakeholders and leadership teams, you will ensure that projects are managed consistently, transparently and effectively across the organization.
Unlike many PMO positions, you will not be assigned to support a single project, program or portfolio. Instead, your focus is on improving the overall PMO capability across FABER.

Most importantly, you genuinely enjoy building and improving a PMO organization and want to establish yourself as a long-term PMO specialist.
- 7+ years of experience in PMO, project governance or project controls.
- Proven experience improving PMO frameworks, governance and ways of working.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership.
- Advanced Jira and Confluence expertise.
- Experience coaching and developing project professionals.
- Passion for continuous improvement and project management excellence.
- Own and continuously improve PMO governance, standards, methodologies and ways of working across Faber Group.
- Act as the Jira & Confluence subject matter expert and drive adoption of best practices.
- Conduct project governance reviews and project health checks.
- Partner with Project Managers and senior stakeholders to strengthen project delivery and transparency.
- Coach colleagues and drive continuous improvement across the project management community.
