About 2B Policy
2B Policy supports companies, organisations, and sector initiatives in navigating fast-evolving sustainability legislation. We translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance and support industry collaboration to accelerate sustainability and circularity.
We work at the intersection of law, policy, and business, helping organisations understand what sustainability legislation requires them to do in practice — and how to implement it in a way that works.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager Policy & Compliance, you will help clients understand and operationalise sustainability-related legislation across the EU and other key markets. Working with a 2B Policy Director, you will support clients, translate legal requirements into actionable compliance approaches, and analyse legislative developments. You will support our clients in building internal alignment and implementation roadmaps. Your role will turn complex legal texts into clear, structured guidance that enables informed decision-making and compliance.

- Lead client accounts and projects in close collaboration with 2B Policy Directors.
- Contribute to high-quality client deliverables, including gap assessments, Policy briefings, readiness assessments, trainings and compliance documentation
- Manage multiple workstreams in parallel in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
- Support new client acquisition: drafting business proposals and joining pitch meetings.
Translation to Business & Compliance

- Embedding compliance management best practices
Legislative Analysis & Interpretation
- Analyse sustainability-related legislation and guidance, including secondary legislation.
- Identify scope, obligations, timelines, enforcement mechanisms, and areas of uncertainty within legal texts.
Stakeholder Engagement & 2B Policy Visibility
- Contribute to public speaking engagements, for example through representing 2B Policy in conferences, workshops, and meetings.
- Contribute to external communications, events, and business development activities.

- Experience working with the agri-food or consumer goods sectors (cosmetics, toys, packaging) is a plus.
- Background in either an in-house role, consultancy, legal practice, or a combination thereof.
- Strong interest in sustainability, circularity, and the role of policy in driving systemic change.
