Senior Power Trader (f/m/d) Join Axpo doo Beograd and help shape the future of energy trading in South East Europe. You will combine trading expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration to strengthen our regional presence and contribute to the long-term success of our SEE portfolio. What you will do: Drive power trading activities across South East European markets in close collaboration with regional trading teams Identify and develop new market opportunities, business cases, and cross-border trading activities Contribute to the development of day-ahead forecasting models to optimize short-term trading strategies Manage cross-border capacity auctions and support the growth of the SEE trading portfolio Build and maintain strong relationships with counterparties, TSOs, and internal stakeholders across trading desks Support operational coordination, including trade confirmations, onboarding processes, treasury monitoring, and compliance with local energy market regulations What you bring & who you are: Several years of experience in SEE power trading, ideally with a strong regional network and commercial understanding of energy markets Proven track record in trading activities and portfolio development Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions in dynamic market environments Collaborative, trustworthy, and proactive approach with strong communication skills Experience with local energy legislation and market rules in Serbia and adjacent SEE countries is an advantage Fluent Serbian and English language skills Even if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
