About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior PowerPoint Presentation Specialist to create polished, professional, client-ready presentations for executive and consulting audiences. While design is an important aspect of the role, the ideal candidate is first and foremost a true PowerPoint expert—someone with advanced technical knowledge of the platform who can build sophisticated presentations that go beyond standard slide design.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex information into visually compelling presentations while leveraging PowerPoint's advanced capabilities to create high-quality deliverables that support executive communications, strategic initiatives, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop polished, professional, client-ready PowerPoint presentations for executive and client-facing audiences.
• Transform complex information, reports, and written content into visually engaging and easy-to-understand presentation decks.
• Build custom PowerPoint templates, layouts, diagrams, infographics, and presentation assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Utilize advanced PowerPoint features, including Slide Master, custom layouts, animations, transitions, hyperlinks, embedded objects, and interactive presentation elements.
• Ensure exceptional formatting consistency, visual quality, and attention to detail across all presentation materials.
• Optimize presentations for storytelling, readability, and executive-level communication.
• Collaborate with consultants, writers, designers, and project teams to translate concepts into impactful presentations.
• Review, refine, and quality-check presentation deliverables before client submission.
• Organize and maintain presentation templates, reusable assets, and design libraries to improve team efficiency.
• Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations in consulting, communications, agency, or corporate environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced presentation-building techniques and technical platform capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to create polished, professional, client-ready presentations from concept through final delivery.
• Strong understanding of presentation design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and information organization.
• Experience building advanced PowerPoint templates, Slide Masters, custom layouts, and reusable presentation components.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to formatting accuracy and presentation quality.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex information through effective visual storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.

Bonus Experience

• Experience creating executive presentations for management consulting, strategic communications, or corporate leadership teams.
• Experience designing complex data visualizations, infographics, process maps, and executive dashboards.
• Experience developing branded presentation systems and enterprise PowerPoint templates.
• Experience supporting executive leadership, C-suite presentations, board meetings, or high-profile client engagements.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve presentation development, content refinement, and productivity.
