About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled Senior PPC Account Manager to join their growing remote team specializing in hyperlocal Google Ads campaigns and local lead generation. This is NOT a client-facing position. There is a dedicated Account Management team in place to handle all client communication, including meetings, emails, and ongoing relationship management. This allows the successful candidate to focus on executing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns while collaborating internally with the Project Manager and Account Management team. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of approximately 100–200 automotive repair locations across multiple client businesses, with monthly budgets typically ranging from USD $1,000–$2,000 per location Monitor campaign performance, budgets, pacing, and account health while analyzing campaign data to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and implement data-driven optimizations. Launch new campaigns using standardized templates and established internal processes. Execute campaign optimizations, including bid adjustments, budget management, keyword refinement, audience targeting, and asset updates. Troubleshoot account issues such as tracking discrepancies, asset disapprovals, and Google Business Profile (GBP) connectivity problems. Apply best practices for hyperlocal Google Ads campaigns, including managing brand, non-brand, competitor, and service-specific traffic. Collaborate with the team to prioritize work, execute campaign requests, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, PPC best practices, and emerging digital marketing trends to continuously improve campaign performance. 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in an agency environment. Extensive experience managing multi-location Google Ads accounts for local service-based businesses. Recent hands-on campaign management experience, with the ability to independently execute, optimize, and troubleshoot Google Ads campaigns. Advanced proficiency with Google Ads Editor, GA4, and Google Business Profile (GBP). Strong Excel skills, including formulas, bulk edits, and VLOOKUPs. Experience with manual CPC bidding, bid adjustments, match type management, and campaign optimization. Ability to identify the root cause of performance issues and make data-driven optimization decisions. Comfortable managing a high volume of Google Ads campaigns simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for internal collaboration. Salary: USD 4,000 per month, paid twice monthly. Profit-sharing program: Eligible after one year of employment, including quarterly distributions and an annual bonus based on company performance. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST , with a flexible, trust-based work environment. PTO :15 days, available after 90 days of employment. Holidays : The Company will observe the following holidays and will grant the holiday as paid, if the holiday falls on a normal workday ( New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
