Senior PPC Specialist

We're looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to lead paid acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that successful paid media isn't just about launching campaigns; it's about maximizing profitability. You'll be responsible for optimizing the entire acquisition funnel, analyzing campaign performance, improving conversion rates, and making strategic decisions that drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and comfortable balancing campaign execution with performance strategy. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms. Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and LTV. Identify profitability issues and optimize the entire conversion funnel. Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reports. Manage advertising budgets and scale high-performing campaigns. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign results. Implement and maintain tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platforms. Stay up to date with industry trends, AI tools, and platform updates. Requirements Resume in English. Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written). 4+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Proven experience optimizing campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CAC, and profitability. Strong understanding of conversion funnels and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards. Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, Lead Generation, or Performance Marketing campaigns. Ability to translate data into actionable optimization strategies.
