What You Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive construction experience in estimating, preconstruction, project management, or project engineering, including significant experience with high voltage, utility, substation, or comparable infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex or multiple concurrent preconstruction efforts with accountability for scope, budget, schedule, procurement, risk, and construction readiness.
  • Advanced understanding of construction means and methods, substation systems, high voltage equipment, outage planning, project sequencing, and constructability considerations.
  • Advanced ability to develop and validate estimates, perform quantity take-offs, analyze bids, negotiate scope, and clearly document assumptions, exclusions, allowances, contingencies, and risks.
