Position Summary
The Senior Pricing Analyst, Wine & Spirits Revenue Growth Management, independently manages pricing and promotion processes and provides analytical support to RGM, Sales, Brand, and Finance. The role evaluates pricing, promotional effectiveness, and volume, revenue, profit, and PPM performance; delivers actionable recommendations; and develops tools, processes, and controls that strengthen data integrity, execution, and RGM capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and coordinate price and promotion changes in Vistaar, partnering with Sales, Sales Finance, and distributors to ensure timely execution and accurate pricing data.
- Develop, execute, and maintain internal control procedures that support the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of pricing and promotion system data.
- Design, implement, and maintain analytical tools, processes, systems, and reporting to evaluate volume, revenue, and profit performance against defined key performance indicators and identify actionable opportunities to improve business results.
- Evaluate pricing actions and strategies, assessing their impact on volume, price, revenue, and profitability and communicating clear, actionable recommendations.
- Conduct pre- and post-promotion effectiveness analyses and deliver strategic recommendations to improve promotional performance and return on investment.
- Evaluate PPM variances, determine root causes, and prepare reports that clearly communicate key drivers, risks, and recommended actions to business stakeholders.
- Provide analytical decision support for the Wine & Spirits portfolio, including updating management reports, delivering insights, and responding to ad hoc requests from Finance and Revenue Growth Management leadership.
- Develop and enhance Revenue Growth Management capabilities and best practices within assigned areas by evaluating new methodologies, frameworks, processes, and data sources.
- Participate in pricing training, development opportunities, and activities related to Revenue Growth Management functions.
- Work within established company control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Predictive Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in pricing, revenue growth management, finance, sales analytics, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate complex data, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated experience developing analytical tools, reports, and executive-ready presentations.
- Experience working with business intelligence and data visualization platforms, such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, Circana Unify, or comparable tools.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities, projects, and recurring processes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate financial and analytical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders within a global, matrixed, regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Finance, Sales, Brand, and other business partners and influence decisions through data-driven insights.
- Experience working within established controls, validating data accuracy, and maintaining the integrity of financial or commercial systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the alcohol beverage, consumer packaged goods or a related industry.
- Experience in Revenue Growth Management, pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, or promotion analytics.
- Knowledge of 3-tier alcohol beverage pricing methodologies, processes, and distributor structures.
- Experience using Vistaar or a comparable pricing or promotion management system.
- Experience analyzing volume, revenue, profit, promotional ROI, or PPM performance.
- Experience supporting pricing execution across Sales, Finance, distributors, or other external business partners.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.

Finance & AccountingThe salary range for this role is:
$69,600.00 - $146,000.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
