We are looking for the right person to help grow our Intelligence Business Unit at i3Works. Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior/Principal Consultant to join our growing Intelligence Business Unit and is established within the Intelligence sector. Our consultants partner with clients to design, deliver, and embed digital solutions that drive meaningful change. You will work across the full transformation lifecycle — from shaping strategy and discovery through to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement — helping organisations realise value through modern technology, data, and ways of working. Key Responsibilities Depending on your specialism, you will: Business Analysis & Discovery Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges Elicit, analyse, and document requirements, user needs, and processes Translate complex problems into actionable insights and opportunities Delivery Management Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital products and services Manage delivery using Agile, Lean, or hybrid methodologies Remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time and to quality Foster collaboration and high-performing team dynamics Digital Transformation & Change Support organisations in adopting new ways of working and digital operating models Facilitate organisational change, including stakeholder engagement and adoption activities Drive continuous improvement and embed sustainable transformation practices The services we deliver for our clients will be varied and this role will provide the platform to define and implement the optimal delivery methodology to guide our clients to early value realisation whilst working toward strategic business benefits. Experience and Qualifications Background in National Security is required Proven track record of growing accounts, teams, or services Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills Must have current Authority level security clearance.
