We're Hiring: Senior Private Aviation Charter Broker | Remote

Alerion Jets is looking for an established Senior Charter Broker to join our expanding brokerage team. This remote opportunity is designed for proven producers with 5–10 years of private aviation experience, an active book of business, and a strong track record of generating charter revenue.

Alerion Jets is the charter brokerage sister company to Alerion Aviation, an established aircraft management and charter operator. We combine access to Alerion's managed fleet and operational expertise with the flexibility to source aircraft across the global charter market, giving our brokers the resources to deliver exceptional service and competitive solutions for their clients.

What You'll Do

• Bring and expand an established book of private aviation clients
• Independently manage charter sales, pricing, negotiations, and client relationships
• Generate new business through existing relationships, referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Source aircraft across the global charter market to deliver competitive, tailored solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, aircraft owners, and industry partners
• Play a key role in the continued growth and development of Alerion Jets

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of private jet charter brokerage experience
• An established, active book of business with a demonstrated history of consistent charter production
• Deep knowledge of the domestic and international charter markets
• Strong operator relationships and experience sourcing supplemental lift
• The ability to independently manage the full charter sales cycle
• An entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial instincts, and a commitment to exceptional client service
