Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Mining Consultant to lead multiple Process Mining implementation engagements. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM), data engineering, process analytics, and enterprise application integrations.

This role requires a combination of technical leadership, solution development, team mentoring, and stakeholder management. The consultant will drive the implementation of advanced Process Mining solutions, govern data engineering activities, and support automation and AI-enabled process optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Process Mining implementation teams across concurrent client engagements.

• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with solution design and development.

• Design and govern data extraction, transformation, integration, and pipeline development.

• Implement and optimize Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) solutions.

• Develop advanced data models and process analytics solutions.

• Integrate enterprise data from SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, and related systems.

• Govern custom integrations and data engineering activities to ensure data quality and solution reliability.

• Review technical deliverables, manage project risks and dependencies, and ensure implementation quality.

• Mentor consultants and data engineering teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Drive adoption of Process Intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled process optimization capabilities.

• Support operationalization, continuous improvement, and enterprise-scale deployment of Process Mining solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.

• Strong hands-on experience implementing Process Mining solutions.

• Mandatory expertise in Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM).

• Advanced SQL and relational database skills.

• Strong experience in data extraction, transformation, data modeling, and process analytics.

• Experience building and governing data pipelines and custom integrations.

• Experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle EBS.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and Process Intelligence.

• Proven technical leadership and team mentoring experience.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple engagements, technical deliverables, and dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Process Mining certifications.

• Experience with process automation and AI-enabled process optimization.

• Experience operationalizing Process Mining solutions at enterprise scale.

• Familiarity with advanced analytics and continuous process improvement initiatives.
