Build the Commercial Foundations of Ireland’s Fibre Network.

Secure the partnerships behind a €30M national fibre project. Every supplier you source, every tender you run and every contract you negotiate decides how fast communities and businesses across Ireland get connected.

This is a senior procurement role at the very start of the project. You will work alongside the Project Manager and procurement leadership to get the project ready for mobilization, deciding how it sources, who it buys from and on what terms.

You will define requirements with project and engineering teams, build a strong pool of suppliers, run RFQs and RFPs from issue to evaluation, negotiate commercial terms and support contract award.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong procurement experience at Procurement Specialist, Senior Procurement Specialist, Procurement Manager or similar level
• Experience taking requirements through tender, evaluation, negotiation and award
• Confidence working with project teams and senior stakeholders, ideally in infrastructure, utilities, construction, engineering or telecommunications (CIPS an advantage, but procurement experience comes first)

Engagement Terms

• Rate: €280
• Term: 6-month initial contract, with strong potential for extension (multi-year project)
• Location: Dublin, hybrid (2 days on-site)
• Environment: A newly established function within a green-field project
