A global food delivery platform is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to lead analytics and measurement strategy for its courier mobile app and logistics experience. This role combines product analytics, experimentation, analytics engineering, and operational insights to improve courier workflows and last-mile delivery performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement mobile app tracking and measurement frameworks
• Define event schemas and partner with engineers on tracking implementation
• Analyse courier journey data alongside operational/logistics datasets
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting
• Develop automated analytics workflows and data pipelines
• Use data to identify courier pain points and improve product experiences
• Ensure GDPR-compliant tracking and data governance practices

Key Requirements

• Strong Product Analytics experience in mobile app environments
• Experience with event tracking tools such as Snowplow or GA4
• Advanced SQL and Tableau expertise
• Experience with Airflow, GitHub, and analytics engineering workflows
• Strong Python or R skills for statistical analysis and experimentation
• Proven experience running A/B tests and causal inference analysis
• Understanding of GDPR and user tracking compliance
• Experience in logistics, marketplace, or gig-economy platforms is highly desirable

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agentic AI workflows or AI-driven analytics automation
• Familiarity with operational/logistics datasets and routing analytics
• Experience analysing courier or delivery partner experiences
