estaie is building an AI-native extended-stay platform for 15-to-365 night stays — connecting hotels, serviced apartments, and managed homes through intelligent pricing, trust, and distribution infrastructure.

We're not building another booking site. We're building the intelligence layer that guests, hosts, and partners rely on to navigate every extended stay — from search and pricing through booking and checkout.

**About the Role**

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for product design across web, mobile, and AI interfaces. You'll craft intuitive, intelligent solutions with a builder mindset: moving from insight to testable, AI-assisted prototype fast, rather than working in slow, separate stages of research → static mockup → spec doc.

You'll translate complex data and AI behaviors into elegant, human-centered interactions, partnering closely with engineering, design, partnerships, sales and AI teams to define the look, feel, and flow of the estaie platform — from search and booking experiences to AI conversations, pricing explainability, and partner dashboards.

**Responsibilities**

*Product Design Leadership*

• Own consumer-facing UX end to end for estaie's current build phase (trust signals, monthly pricing clarity, checkout, search & results)

• Translate AI logic (pricing models, personalization, predictions) into clear, explainable UI

*AI-Driven Experience Design*

• Use AI tools daily to accelerate research synthesis, pattern exploration, and functional prototyping that's real enough to test and validate

• Design AI interactions (booking, explainable pricing, lead agents)

• Create UX patterns for autonomous operations - e.g., smart extensions, dynamic pricing updates, or chat-based booking

• Work with data and AI engineers to visualize intelligence (recommendations, confidence levels, predictions)

*Collaboration & Execution*

• Work inside our two-track sprint model: simultaneously field Build-sprint questions and tweaks while leading Discovery & Definition

• Partner with Full-stack developers for implementation and design QA

• Co-own design QA on AI-assisted output with UI associate — including helping control what goes into AI tooling (prompts, references, constraints)

• Deliver lean usability testing and behavioral analytics analysis

*Design System & Accessibility*

• Maintain a unified multi-platform design system that scales globally

• Inherit and take ownership of estaie's consistent design language using Tailwind+shadcn/ui design system

• Ensure all designs are WCAG-compliant, responsive by default, and localization-ready (UAE, KSA, UK, EU)

**Nice to have**

• Familiarity with AI design principles (prompt UX, conversational UX, explainable AI)

• Experience in hospitality, travel, or proptech design systems

• Understanding of data visualization and information hierarchy for analytics dashboards

• Experience in MS Clarity (or equivalent behavioral tracking tools) and Airtable
