Senior Product (UI/ UX) Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong experience designing intuitive, user-centric web and mobile applications, with the ability to work seamlessly across both LTR and RTL layouts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UX/UI design, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to turn complex product requirements into clean, functional, and engaging user experiences. They should be able to brainstorm fresh ideas, proactively recommend best-practice user flows, and bring a senior-level product mindset to each stage of the design process. You should be confident working across the full design lifecycle, from research and discovery through to wireframing, prototyping, user flows, usability testing, and design iteration. Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms is expected, along with experience owning, maintaining, and scaling design systems across digital products. This role requires someone who can understand user needs, translate feedback into practical design improvements, and adapt quickly as product requirements evolve. A strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, accessible design, and inclusive design principles is essential. The successful candidate must be exceptionally detail-oriented, able to manage time effectively, work autonomously, and remain comfortable collaborating remotely with distributed teams. 06+ Years of Experience in UI/UX Engineering including Product Designing Senior-level experience with the ability to work autonomously and comfortably in a remote setup Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications Ability to design seamlessly for both LTR and RTL layouts Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric product design Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools Experience owning, maintaining, and scaling design systems Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and user flows Strong ability to brainstorm fresh ideas and proactively recommend best-practice user flows Strong understanding of UX research and usability testing Experience working with iterative design methodologies Exceptionally detail-oriented with excellent time management skills Ability to synthesise feedback and adapt designs quickly Familiarity with accessible and inclusive design principles Direct exposure to cutting-edge enterprise AI projects across UAE and GCC Flat team structure - work directly with founders and senior engineers Opportunity to grow into a Senior or Lead Engineer role Flexible remote work arrangements Fast-paced environment where your work ships to production and reaches real clients
