Sr. UI/UX Product Designer

Job Description This is a remote position. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a strong track record in UX and UI design. They possess a deep understanding of how design influences user behavior, product adoption, and business outcomes , and are committed to delivering innovative, user-focused solutions. The portfolio should contain genuine live/shipped projects. Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly product designs. Apply industry best practices in UX/UI design to deliver accessible, efficient, and engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms . Collaborate closely with Lead Designers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to align design solutions with project objectives and seamlessly integrate into the development lifecycle. Contribute to the development, evolution, and maintenance of design systems , ensuring consistency and scalability across products. Support user research activities , including usability testing and feedback sessions, to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving business requirements. Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, compliance requirements, and data regulations . Requirements ● 6+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. ● Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design projects, demonstrating both process and outcomes. ● Expertise in Figma (with proficiency in similar tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD being an advantage). ● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards . ● Experience in conducting user research, developing personas, design thinking methodology , and running usability tests . ● Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that clearly communicate interaction concepts and design intent. ● Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering teams and ensure accurate design implementation. ● Experience working with design systems, variables, tokens, style guides, and component libraries that scale consistently across platforms. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design choices and their value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment . Desired Skills (Nice to Have) Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered or data-driven applications . Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks). Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
