Team: Sensos Product Team

About Sensos

Sensos provides Arrival Assurance. Every shipment arrives on time, intact, and in spec because an AI runs each customer's own playbook on every movement, around the clock, grounded in intelligent single-use labels that travel with the goods and capture billions of real-world signals.

Sensos is an AI-first company and the first in its space that is truly full stack: AI, software platform, and physical sensors. Most tools only tell a company where a shipment is. Sensos assures the arrival, acting on exceptions before they become losses. Customers pay for the outcome, not the device.

Physical AI, where AI meets the physical world, is where enterprise technology is heading, and goods in motion is where Sensos is building it. Revenue is growing more than 3x year-over-year. We are a global team that operates with Humble Swagger®: bold with customers, humble about the work, and measured on what we deliver.

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape how operators, shippers and their customers see and act on shipments in Sensos Sync. You'll own end-to-end product design for core surfaces — from the live control tower to AI agent workflows — and make the product calls that turn complex sensor data into clear, confident decisions.

This is a senior individual contributor role with real product ownership. You'll partner daily with Product, Engineering, and Data, and help raise the bar for how the whole team designs and ships with AI.

What You'll Do

  • Own key product areas end to end: Take features from fuzzy problem to shipped experience across the Sync web platform, mobile and customer-facing tracking views.
  • Make product decisions, not just designs: Frame problems, weigh trade-offs, define scope, and push for the simplest thing that solves the customer's problem. Bring a point of view and defend it with evidence.
  • Design for AI-native workflows: Shape how users work with AI agents that detect exceptions, recommend actions and automate follow-ups — including trust, explainability, and when a human stays in the loop.
  • Make complex data actionable: Turn real-time telemetry, alerts and exceptions into interfaces an operations team can act on in seconds.
  • Use AI to move faster: Prototype with AI design and coding tools, test ideas with real users early, and share workflows that make the whole team quicker.
  • Get close to customers: Run discovery with logistics managers, quality teams and shippers; visit warehouses and operations floors when it helps.
  • Raise the craft bar: Contribute to and evolve the design system and keep product and brand experience consistent in partnership with the VP Experience.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a track record of shipping complex B2B SaaS or data-dense web platforms.
  • A stellar portfolio that shows how you think: the problem, the decisions you made, the trade-offs, and the measurable outcome — not just polished screens.
  • Strong product judgment: You've shaped roadmaps or scope, and PMs and engineers seek out your opinion.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools in your daily work (prototyping, generative design, and research tools) and experience designing AI-powered features.
  • Excellent interaction and visual craft, especially for data-dense dashboards, alerts, and workflows.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving startup pace; ability to lead with minimal direction.
  • Clear written and verbal communication across product, engineering, and leadership.

Strong Pluses

  • Supply chain, logistics, TMS/WMS, freight forwarding, cold chain, or last-mile visibility domain knowledge.
  • Experience with IoT, hardware-plus-software products, or real-time monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as pharma and life sciences.
  • Front-end or prototyping skills that let you build working prototypes yourself.
  • Experience as an early designer or building a design practice at a high-growth startup.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $155,000 – $185,000 USD per year
  • Equity: Stock options
  • Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) with company match up to 4%, and paid time off.

The base salary range above is our good-faith estimate for this role in New York City at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, and background. The salary range does not include equity or benefits.
