The Opportunity

Adobe Experience Platform powers how enterprise brands understand, orchestrate, and deliver customer experiences at scale. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to define how AI-powered, agentic capabilities work across our enterprise products, and how the people who use them stay in control and know they can trust the result.

Our users are practitioners: data engineers, marketers, analysts, and admins working in corporate, multi-stakeholder environments with real governance, permissions, and data complexity. Most of the job is defining flows rather than laying out screens: how a customer gets from intent to outcome when AI does part of the work. You’ll partner closely with global Product Management and Engineering teams to shape custom AI flows for specific customer needs and enterprise use cases, and you’ll move fast when hands-on work is needed.

We want AI to make people more capable. If you like untangling complex problems and want a say in how AI becomes something enterprise users can trust, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Define: own the experience flows for AI-driven capabilities across enterprise products, from the customer’s first intent to a verified outcome. That includes the tools practitioners use to set up and tune the system, and the experiences it delivers.
  • Model: set up task models, conversation and interaction patterns, and frameworks for multi-step workflows, and decide where prompt-based interaction works and where structure is better.
  • Build trust: design the moments where a human steps in, plus the transparency, confidence, provenance and evaluation cues and the error recovery that keep users in control.
  • Connect: shape the handoffs between AI-driven flows and traditional UI so the experience feels like one product.
  • Partner: work with Product Management and Engineering to shape custom AI flows for specific customer requirements and enterprise use cases.
  • Prototype: move from idea to testable flow quickly using Spectrum, Figma, and AI design and prototyping tools, and use prototypes to align partners and make interaction decisions concrete.
  • Structure: make permissions, governance, data-heavy workflows, and multi-persona journeys easier to understand and use.
  • Elevate: share your craft and flow-thinking with peers through critique and pairing.

What you need to succeed

  • 7+ years of product, UX, or interaction design experience, with a record of shipping complex products.
  • 4+ years designing enterprise, B2B, or technical products, such as admin consoles, workflow tools, platforms, analytics, or governance and multi-persona systems.
  • 1-2+ years designing AI-powered experiences in production or advanced prototypes, including flow definition, conversational or assistive UI, agent-style patterns, human-in-the-loop design, and handling uncertainty and errors. Personal use of AI chat tools doesn’t count.
  • Expert-level Figma, proven experience shipping fast within a mature design system (Spectrum or equivalent), and active use of AI tools to accelerate design and prototyping.
  • Ownership of flow definition for a product area with minimal guidance, and the confidence to lead design decisions in conversations with PM and Engineering, including working directly from customer requirements.
  • Multiple complex features or flows shipped to enterprise customers, with measurable outcomes such as adoption, task success, or reduced support load, and comfort reasoning from behavioral data as well as user research.
  • Clear communication at the flow level: diagrams, journey and flow maps, prototypes, and storytelling that works for both executives and engineers.
  • A degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in data, marketing technology, CDP, analytics, or developer-facing products.
  • Experience running customer-facing design workshops.
  • Experience with multi-agent orchestration patterns or with integrating first- and third-party AI systems.

How to apply

Please submit your resume and portfolio. We are particularly interested in seeing:

  • Work where the starting point was a user problem, not a feature request.
  • Flows you defined for AI-powered or agent-like experiences, including how you handled trust, uncertainty, errors, and user control.
  • Enterprise work that shows how you structured complexity such as permissions, governance, or multi-persona journeys.
  • Evidence that your work shipped to production and what changed as a result.
  • How you partnered with PM and Engineering to get from idea to a testable flow.

This position is based in Bucharest, Romania, with a hybrid work model.
