We're partnered with an AI 1st fintech building payments infrastructure for businesses. Not only have they achieved over 400% revenue growth year on year, but in the previous 12 months they have closed deals with over 150 new clients.

The company leverages state of the art technology to provide a faster, cheaper and more secure payments service to businesses, so the engineering is solid.

So far, they have kept the team lean, but they are now looking for a Senior Product Designer to work with the Head of Product to not only own their core platform and what generates them the most revenue, but also to define what the next range of their products look like.

This is a high ownership role and a chance to really shape something which is growing quickly. Because of this, the company need someone who knows either the Crypto, Payments or Fintech space well, and can make impact quickly.

What you'll own

• Setting the design vision and standards across every product
• Running the full design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, testing and polished UI
• Turning complicated financial workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
• Building a design system that scales as the company grows
• Setting up proper user research, like customer interviews and usability testing
• Using data and experiments to improve conversion and engagement
• Helping with brand and marketing visuals when needed
• Hiring and mentoring designers as the team grows

What you'll need

• Senior or lead experience in product design or UX/UI
• Experience working in Payments, Crypto
• A strong portfolio showing products you've owned from concept to launch
• Excellent UI craft and strong visual design fundamentals
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS or complex B2B products (a big plus)
• Figma, prototyping tools and experience building design systems
• A commercial head: you know how design drives growth and retention
• You're happy working autonomously in a fast-paced startup
