Senior Product Designer (Remote)

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, and a passion for creating innovative, user-friendly interfaces. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual design of Aconomy's platform, ensuring that our products are intuitive, engaging, and scalable. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design process for Aconomy's products, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and peers, to define and execute the product roadmap. Design intuitive web and mobile experiences for clients, ensuring seamless user journeys. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, iterating based on feedback. Develop and maintain a design system and component library to ensure consistency and scalability across all products. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to enhance the platform's visual and functional design. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Qualifications: 5+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications. Proven experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma) and prototyping tools (Invision, Sketch, Figma) and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design. Experience conducting user research and usability testing, including user interviews. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs for mobile and web applications. Ability to document design decisions for future reference and create and maintain design guidelines for internal and external use.
