Senior Product Engineer

A small, fast-moving team building agentic AI products used by real customers. Early, well-funded, and shipping every week. They need an engineer who has taken a product from nothing to production and wants to do it again.

The Role

You’ll be an engineer on a small team, owning agentic systems end to end, from architecture to deployment. Expect real ownership, fast iteration and direct input on what gets built next.

• Design and ship multi-step agents: tool calling, orchestration, memory
• Build the evals and testing that show the product is actually getting better
• Take features from 0 to 1 and run them in production
• Debug what breaks at scale and harden it
• Work directly with customers and founders on what to build

Who they’re looking for

• You’ve built agentic AI products from scratch and shipped them to real users
• Hands-on with LLM tool calling and orchestration, whether you used a framework or built your own
• Strong skills across the stack
• You’ve owned systems in production and fixed them when they broke
• You’d pick pace and ownership over process

• Onsite in NYC (4-5 days in office)
