For one of our clients, an ambitious AI startup in Amsterdam, we're looking for a Senior Product Engineer who combines strong technical skills with an entrepreneurial and product-driven mindset.

The company develops an AI-powered solution for finance teams. With a small team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact.

What you'll do

• Own product development from idea to production.
• Work directly with customers, understand their needs, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and improve AI-powered features.
• Take ownership, make decisions, and deliver results.
• Collaborate closely with the founders and engineering team.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong technical fundamentals. Your engineering skills matter more than specific programming languages.
• Experience building customer-facing products, preferably involving AI/LLMs.
• An entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of product ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
