About us:
We build a cloud-based POS platform used by hospitality businesses every day. Our products handle real-time orders, payments, inventory, and AI-powered features. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our product direction and help us build the next generation of hospitality software.
About the position:
The ideal candidate is an experienced Product Manager who is comfortable owning a product end to end - from talking to restaurant and bar owners, to writing the specification, to shipping it and measuring whether it worked. They should be technical enough to have a real conversation with engineers about APIs, data models, and trade-offs, and commercial enough to know which problems are worth solving first.
Our products handle money, fiscal receipts, and inventory, so much of our work demands accuracy over speed - care with correctness, edge cases, and regulatory constraints matters. You will be the person who decides what we build and, more importantly, what we don't. Candidates should be available for regular collaboration during CET business hours.
Main responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap: define what we build, in what order, and why.
- Talk to customers regularly - restaurant and bar owners, staff, and our support team - and turn what you hear into product decisions.
- Write clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from without guessing.
- Own and prioritize the backlog, and make the trade-off calls when scope, time, and quality collide.
- Work day to day with backend, Android, web, QA, and design to take features from idea to release.
- Define success metrics up front and measure outcomes after launch.
- Coordinate releases with sales and support - make sure the people who talk to customers know what is coming and why.
- Keep regulatory and fiscal requirements in scope from the start, not as an afterthought.
- Analyze product usage data to find where customers struggle and where the opportunities are.
- Maintain product documentation - specifications, decision records, and release notes.
- Contribute to product strategy and help shape where the platform goes over the next few years.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional product management experience, including ownership of a product or a significant product area.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you can write a spec, run a meeting, and say no clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
- Technically literate: comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and system constraints with engineers.
- Experience writing specifications and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with agile delivery and backlog management tools (Jira, Linear, or similar).
- Experience running customer discovery and turning qualitative feedback into prioritized work.
- Ability to read product data and draw conclusions from it.
- Experience shipping software in a small team where you own the outcome, not just the ticket.
Nice to have:
- Background in hospitality, POS, retail, fintech, or payments.
- Experience with fiscalization, accounting, inventory, or other correctness-critical and regulated domains.
- Experience managing mobile products alongside web and backend.
- Experience shipping AI-powered product features.
- Familiarity with UX practice and working closely with designers.
- Experience with B2B SaaS pricing, packaging, or go-to-market.
What we offer:
- Remote work model
- Flexible work time
- Modern development stack
- High autonomy
- No unnecessary meetings
- Fast decision making
- Small team with real ownership and direct impact on product decisions
- Additional benefits to support your professional growth and well-being
Hiring Process:
- Initial Conversation with HR – We'll begin with a brief conversation to get to know you better, discuss your experience, and see whether the role is a good fit for both you and our team.
- Product Interview – During the interview, you'll be given a practical product case. We'll discuss your approach, evaluate your reasoning, and dive deeper into how you prioritize, specify, and ship.
