Senior Product Manager

Role Description The Senior Product Manager at idGenius will lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for the shared identity platform, from discovery and requirements definition through launch and iteration. In this full-time remote role, the individual will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, security, and go-to-market teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact solutions for enterprise customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, gathering and refining product requirements, creating and maintaining product roadmaps, and translating customer needs into clear specifications and user stories. The Senior Product Manager will also analyze product performance, manage stakeholder communication, coordinate release planning, and ensure that the product supports risk reduction, governance, and operational efficiency in AI environments.

• Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and end-to-end lifecycle ownership for B2B or enterprise software products.
• Experience in AI, identity management, security, or governance domains, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
• Strong analytical and research skills, including market analysis, user discovery, data-driven decision-making, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers in a remote environment.
• Background in agile methodologies, including writing user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and coordinating sprints with engineering and design teams.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment in fast-paced, innovative environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline); advanced degree is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a SaaS, cloud, or platform company; startup or early-stage experience is beneficial.
