We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team and help drive the success of a strategic platform initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product priorities, shaping requirements, and ensuring successful adoption across multiple client-side teams. Working closely with a Client Director and Delivery Manager, you will lead product decision-making, align stakeholders around a shared vision, and translate business needs into a clear roadmap that delivers measurable value.

Product & Requirements
Our Culture
Requirements
- 6+ years in product management, technical program management, or a combination, with at least 2 years owning a platform, API, SDK, or integration product.
- Comfortable in the technical weeds: API contracts, request/response payloads, logs, telemetry, implementation trade-offs with engineers.
- Proven track record driving platform adoption across internal teams and external customers/partners.
- Experience running multi-team programs with formal dependency, risk, and decision management.
- Strong communication — concise specs, accurate docs, clear status for executives.
- Data-driven: define success metrics, instrument them, prioritize from them.
- Experience in a consulting or client-delivery setting (or equivalent stakeholder complexity).
Product & Requirements
- Translate platform priorities into milestones, roadmaps, and delivery-ready requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, API contracts).
- Own the design and evolution of platform APIs and SDKs with engineering/architecture: versioning, deprecation, backwards-compatibility commitments.
- Spec the developer experience end to end: authentication, onboarding, first call, error handling, rate limiting, webhooks, documentation.
- Lock scope and API contracts before build starts; manage change requests deliberately.
- Turn recurring support tickets and consumer questions into design fixes, not documentation patches.
- Coordinate initiatives across client product, REW, engineering, architecture, and business teams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, decisions, actions, and escalations (RAID log); drive to resolution.
- Lead portfolio reviews and provide clear, regular stakeholder communication to client leadership.
- Establish lightweight processes for intake, prioritization, onboarding, and reporting.
- Own customer and product-team onboarding from initial engagement through production adoption.
- Track adoption, usage, integration success, and customer feedback; report against targets.
- Define and defend platform metrics: time-to-first-call, integration success rate, API error rates, active consumers.
- Hands-on coding ability (build sample apps, run integrations yourself).
- Experience with API management platforms (Azure APIM, Apigee, Kong) and developer portals.
- Enterprise integration experience (third-party SaaS integrations reliable in production).
- Background in AI/agentic platforms, MCP, or developer-facing AI products.
- Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery experience.
- Engagement: Initial six-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
- Work model: Fully remote, client-facing delivery across multiple European projects.
- Working hours: Primarily UK and Central European client hours, with approximately 4–5 hours of daily overlap with the US-based team. Flexibility for occasional early or late meetings during critical periods.
- Language: Excellent written and spoken English. No additional language required.
- Equipment: Contractor provides a suitable laptop. Client access is generally provided through secure web-based services.
