About Molaris
Molaris is building the Intelligent Operating System for the Dental Industry. Our mission: building the infrastructure for scalable, AI-driven dental operations, where every dental operation runs on AI.We were founded by people who spent years inside dental labs, navigating broken workflows and software that tracked work without understanding it. Our two products work as one system: ClearPath, the workflow and case management platform an entire operation runs on, and Orovia, the 3D software that powers our AI suite reading the clinical work moving through it. We're AI-native, not AI-bolted-on: every case processed makes the system sharper, and every feature is exercised in working labs, on real cases, against real deadlines. We're a small, fully remote team solving hard problems in 3D geometry, machine learning, and production software.
The role
First dedicated PM at Molaris. You'll own product across ClearPath and Orovia — working directly with the CEO, engineering, and our largest lab operators. This is a builder's PM role: shipping weekly, talking to users constantly, no layers.
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap and set priorities across our product portfolio, balancing client needs, market opportunity, and engineering capacity.
- Product vision and strategy. Set the long-term direction, not just the roadmap. This separates a senior PM from a delivery manager.
- Embed in dental lab operations to learn real-world workflows firsthand, then turn those insights into features and clear specs that engineering can build.
- Lead market analysis: track competitors, industry trends, and customer segments to find opportunities and shape product strategy.
- Drive releases end to end, from scoping and acceptance criteria through QA coordination to rollout in production labs.
- Run feedback loops with high-volume enterprise clients, turning their input into product decisions and closing the loop on what ships.
- Customer discovery beyond existing clients. Interview prospects and lost deals, not just high-volume accounts. Otherwise you build for your biggest client.
- Define and track product KPIs, including lab throughput, feature adoption, and design acceptance rates, to measure impact and guide decisions.
- Cross-functional leadership. Align engineering, design, sales, customer success, and leadership. Right now the role reads as engineering-only.
- Go-to-market partnership. Work with sales and marketing on positioning, launch messaging, sales enablement, and pricing input. Enterprise clients expect this.
- Stakeholder communication. Report roadmap status, tradeoffs, and results to executives and clients.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years PM experience in B2B, B2B2C, SaaS, workflow tools, or operational software
- Comfortable in technical conversations, you can read an API spec and challenge an architecture tradeoff
- Bias to shipping; you write clearly and decide quickly
- Bonus: dental/medical device/manufacturing domain, ML product experience
What We Offer
- Competitive startup salary and equity participation ($120k-$150k).
- Fully flexible remote work within Canada.
- Ownership of the Product line.
- A modern stack and a team working at the intersection of dentistry and applied AI.
