The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead a broad product area from early strategy through release and ongoing refinement, working alongside engineering, design and go-to-market colleagues. The role centers on shaping a roadmap and moving quickly to put useful features in front of users.

What you'll do

- Own a product area across its full lifecycle, from discovery and planning to launch and refinement.

- Set and prioritize the roadmap together with engineering, design and commercial teams.

- Release well-crafted features frequently so users get working software sooner.

- Gather input from major partners and use it to guide priorities.

- Partner with designers on visually rich, multi-faceted product experiences.

- Weigh technical tradeoffs with engineers across system design and machine learning components.

What we're looking for

- A history of taking a brand-new product area from concept to market release.

- Hands-on experience working with key accounts whose feedback shaped product direction.

- Exposure to sophisticated products with many interconnected areas.

- A computer science or other technical degree.

- Enough technical depth to hold credible conversations about system design and engineering tradeoffs.

- Practical experience delivering features powered by machine learning or large language models.

- Experience collaborating closely with design teams on visually driven products.

- A resourceful, humble and decisive approach, with real motivation to make a difference.

- Located in the New York area or ready to relocate, with four office days each week.

- Authorization to work in the US.

Compensation and benefits

- Base salary: USD 180,000 to 210,000 per year
