We're scaling up and looking for a strategic, data-driven, and visionary Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. If you're experienced in leading product strategy, roadmaps, and Agile teams — and you’re ready to make a real impact — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Define Product Vision & Strategy

• Own the long-term product strategy aligned with business objectives

• Identify new product opportunities using user research and market analysis

• Lead competitive analysis to ensure innovation and differentiation

Roadmap Planning & Execution

• Build and manage product roadmaps that drive results

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable development plans

• Deliver features on time and with measurable impact

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and stakeholders

• Facilitate planning sessions and ensure smooth product delivery

• Be the product champion across the organization

Agile Product Leadership

• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

• Ensure clarity in user stories and acceptance criteria

• Prioritize features based on value, effort, and impact

Data-Driven Innovation

• Monitor KPIs and user analytics to guide product decisions

• Run A/B tests and iterate based on insights and feedback

• Continuously improve UX through experimentation and iteration

You Should Have:

✔️ 3–5 years' experience as a Product Manager in a tech or startup environment

✔️ A bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

✔️ Strong Agile expertise (Scrum or Kanban)

✔️ Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar

✔️ A proven record of launching successful digital products

✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔️ A balance of strategic thinking and operational execution
