Senior Product Manager

WorxAI is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of AI-powered enterprise products and solutions.

What You’ll Do

Product Management

• Define product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmaps for AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Translate complex business needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and actionable requirements.
• Lead product discovery and validate AI use cases based on customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, and potential ROI.
• Define product KPIs and track product performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Manage product priorities and backlogs while balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Oversee product releases and continuously identify opportunities for product improvement.

Project Management

• Plan and manage product initiatives from requirements through implementation, launch, and post-launch activities.
• Establish project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
• Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery.
• Manage competing priorities and ensure appropriate resources are aligned to critical initiatives.
• Maintain clear project documentation, status updates, action items, and delivery plans.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, architecture, customer, and business teams.
• Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate product strategy, project priorities, program status, risks, and business outcomes clearly.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise technology environments, constraints, security considerations, and customer requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in product management, project management, and/or program management, with demonstrated ownership of complex technology initiatives.
• Strong product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements definition, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing complex projects or programs involving multiple cross-functional teams and workstreams.
• Experience working with AI, data, enterprise software, or SaaS products.
• Understanding of AI use case development, implementation, and production deployment.
• Experience working in enterprise technology environments such as integration platforms, data architectures, automation tools, or cloud-based systems.
• Strong understanding of project planning, delivery management, risk management, dependency management, and change management.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations, status reporting, and documentation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in remote or distributed environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Experience in a senior or lead product, project, or program management role within B2B, enterprise, or SaaS organizations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
