Senior Product Manager
Paris, France | Hybrid (3 days on-site) | Full-time
75K-80K€ basic salary + bonus
Dataworks is partnering with an international B2B SaaS company to recruit a Senior Product Manager for its mid-market offering.
The company helps businesses manage customer relationships and engagement through a suite of digital products. As it continues to grow, it is looking for someone who can take ownership of a product area, from understanding customer problems to shipping solutions and measuring their impact.
This is a hands-on role combining product management, user experience design and technical judgement. You could come from a product management, product design or engineering background; the key is your ability to work confidently across all three.
THE ROLE
Reporting to a Product Engineering Director, you will lead a small cross-functional team and be accountable for its outcomes. You will have ownership across discovery, solution design, delivery and launch, working closely with engineers and commercial teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Turning customer feedback, discovery interviews and usage data into clearly defined problems and product priorities.
- Writing and defending product proposals that explain the problem, proposed solution, time investment, risks, boundaries and success measures.
- Owning the user experience within your team, making interface and interaction decisions, and creating or validating prototypes using an established design system.
- Leading delivery within agreed timeframes, adjusting scope when necessary and keeping stakeholders informed through clear written updates.
- Defining measurable outcomes before development begins, then assessing whether to iterate, expand or discontinue a solution after launch.
- Coordinating beta programmes and preparing Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Support for releases.
- Using AI tools throughout discovery, prototyping and analysis, while critically reviewing their outputs.
YOUR PROFILE
- A strong background in product management, product design or engineering leadership, with experience taking products from discovery through to launch.
- The ability to own an end-to-end user experience, supported by practical Figma skills and familiarity with design systems.
- A track record of delivering within agreed time budgets, using lightweight, asynchronous ways of working.
- Confidence analysing product usage, funnels and retention, and combining these insights with customer research.
- Enough technical understanding to review AI-generated code and discuss feasibility and trade-offs with engineers.
- A proactive approach: you are comfortable with ambiguity, make decisions and take responsibility for delivering results.
- Practical experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work.
- Fluent English, French is only a bonus
